Recently, I had to have a crown repaired, which previously would have taken 3 weeks. Rather than having to make a mould and send it to a lab to have the replacement crown made, photos were taken of the area to be repaired, edited by Sean, and sent to a 3D printer which I watched make my new crown. "Altogether I had a cleaning, one filling, two wisdom teeth extracted, and two bone grafts placed. I paid $3,400. There are no payment plans. I paid on the day of operation, before the procedure. It was well worth it. The operation took 4 hours. I have had little-to-no pain in the days following. The pain I did have was extremely manageable with basic medication; paracetamol; and ibuprofen. This experience does not mirror a single one from anyone I had spoken to prior to getting it done. Everyone said I would feel like I had been kicked in the face for days, or something else similar. I felt tired the day of, that’s about it. For reference the only drugs I had administered during the op was medazolam and anaesthetic injections. There was a bit of pain and discomfort at the very end when the stitches were being placed, this was expected. I am blown away by the quality of work done by my Dentist, Dr. Mei Ting, along with her assistant, Alycia. They treated me with the utmost care and respect throughout the procedure. And with swift professionalism by Mei in the appointments preceding. I was phoned by reception the day after for a quick post-op check. Mei herself personally called me a couple days after that to chat about how it was going. It’s been four days since the procedure and I have minimal swelling. Tomorrow I don’t expect it to be noticeable. This team deserves the high rating they have here. Flawless. Thank you, and kind regards, Justus."
